It went extremely well! Our budget was $35,000 and my master bathroom look like from a magazine. Leonardo is a pleasure to work with. The crew was efficient and polite. Kitchen Remodeling- Initially we were looking to remove and install a new island for the kitchen, but eventually decided to re-do our entire kitchen. Working with Leo was absolutely the best, we wanted someone to come over, and just take care of the project. Leo was on the mark, we told me the colors, the type of cabinets we are looking for, the granite colors, etc. He walked us through the process, and how long it will take, and he finished the job on time. He is very patient, also making sure as things are getting done that you like, keeps everything clean and very reliable. When the old cabinets were removed, the previous owners weren't able to do the tiles underneath them, so Leo was able to even the floors out with plywood, redid the plumbing work, this was if we have to replace old appliance it won't be an issue. Highly recommend to hire them, and we are planning to get few more things done with them in near future.

They did excellent work in a short amount of time. Was there bright and early every morning. Had to rip out the wall in my kitchen due to a leaking pipe and they even repaired the pipe. Didn't have to hire a plumber. Was so pleased with the work I ended up having them upgrade my garage which altogether took no longer than two to three weeks. Leo is very knowledgeable and more importantly easy to contact. He may be the one contractor out here that actually responds. Highly recommended.

Transcend Restoration exceeded my expectations! My project is quite complex and the municipality inspectors are extremely thorough. Upon completion of all structural modifications the framing inspection passed first time. The owner of Transcend, Leo, is a true professional. He is a detailed oriented craftman, very polite, clean, and put's your interest first. As issues come up he resolves them. My entire family felt very comfortable with him in our home.
